Season 6 of the popular crime drama series S.W.A.T. is set to arrive on Netflix US in September 2023. The show, which is produced by Sony Pictures Television and airs on CBS, has gained a large following and has been renewed for a seventh and final season.
S.W.A.T. first premiered on CBS in 2017 and follows the members of a new unit within the Los Angeles Police Department called Special Weapons and Tactics. The series is set in the same universe as FX’s The Shield and recently crossed the 100-episode mark.
While S.W.A.T. has been available on Netflix in multiple regions, including Canada, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, Turkey, and the United Kingdom, it will finally be added to the Netflix US lineup in September 2023.
Fans of the show in the United Kingdom can expect a slightly longer wait, as season 6 is not likely to be available on Netflix UK until September 2024.
For those who are eagerly awaiting the arrival of season 6 on Netflix US, there are other shows to enjoy in the meantime. One recommendation is to watch The Night Agent, a series on Netflix that is executive produced by Shawn Ryan, who also serves as an executive producer on S.W.A.T.
