It’s a classic we know, but for those who’ve never heard of these infamous sessions it’s basically Orson Welles — one of cinematic history’s greatest directors — berating some poor British radio producer over dialogue for a few short radio commercial spots. At this stage in his career, Orson was doing what he could to make ends meet. It’s sad really, after all, this was the man who made Citizen Kane…but it’s still pretty goddamned hilarious. The man never lost his pride or ego, that’s for sure.
