Just ten days into his tenure as White House communications director, Anthony “will you do the fandango?” Scaramucci has resigned from the job, though Axios has reported that Gen. John Kelly, the new White House Chief of Staff was the one who ousted him.
“Mr. Scaramucci felt it was best to give Chief of Staff John Kelly a clean slate and the ability to build his own team,” said a statement from Press Secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders. “We wish him all the best.”
Ever since the Mooch took office, he’s acted like a lunatic buffoon. From his gag-worthy introduction where he went on at length about his love for the president to his expletive-laden melt-down over Reince Priebus and Steve Bannon, Moochi’s behavior was about as bizarre as it gets. I suppose his conduct was a bridge too far, even for Trump. Still and all, ten days isn’t that bad, really – if he had acted that way on any other job he would have been fired on the spot.
Oh, Moochie – we hardly knew ye!
He was a colorful guy, the Mooch, an evocative wordsmith with an elevated and rich vocabulary. A true original, I believe – and I may be wrong – it was the first time a White House communications director ever called a reporter to specifically talk about sucking cock.
Scaramucci leaves a few dead bodies in his wake – ex-Chief of Staff, Reince Priebus, ex- Press Secretary, Sean Spicer and ex-press office aide, Michael Short…oh and soon to be ex-wife, Deidre Ball. He did his damage – he should be proud.
President Trump, for the record, issued a tweet early in the day denying any chaos at the White House.
Highest Stock Market EVER, best economic numbers in years, unemployment lowest in 17 years, wages raising, border secure, S.C.: No WH chaos!

I suppose, compared to the drama of The Apprentice, all this palace intrigue is pretty tame stuff. It’s reassuring how smooth things are going at the White House, I mean with North Korea shooting off missiles that can now reach all of the major cities in the US, I’m happy the President has got it all under control.
So, what’s next on the docket for Trump? My prediction – Jeff Sessions and the new Saturday Night Massacre…then hopefully impeachment – finally.
